Refund

Hi im trying to get in contact with someone to talk about getting a refund, I only wanted to use the trial and not purchase the annual one cam someone point me in one right direction, I have spoken to google but they said to get in contact with Adobe directly, I can not afford this kind of money. It is taking money away from my children please help
