Refund
I noticed another post stating the "7day free trial isn't working", as if there's a system issue. It's not a technology issue, it's an integrity issue.
To offer a consumer a 7day free trial just to turnaround and immediately charge me for 1 month of service is a MISLEADING &DECEPTIVE business practice. when I noticed I was actually enrolled I immediately canceled the subscription but I did not receive a refund. Please refund all charges or forward this to someone who can. I am not interested in doing business with your company.
