I downloaded the free trial and I cancelled right away but apparently it did not accept my request and I was charged $74.62. it has since been successfully cancelled however I would like my money refunded ASAP. I have emailed the support email on the app page in the Galaxy store but it keeps coming back undeliverable. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, the store operator handles the billing and transactions. I suggest you contact the Samsung store from the given link for the refund:

No. I called Samsung today and they told me only the developer can give the
refund. I am not going back and forth anymore. I want my money back for
this ridiculously over priced PEF reader app. I want my money back ASAP.
