Refund

I had purchased the app 11/18/22 and I thought it renewed 25th of the month. I do not need the subscription. It did an automatic payment on a debit card that isn't mine. I am asking for my full refund please. I'm not sure how it charged it is there a way I can remove the card.

As checked, I cannot see any active subscription linked to this email. If you've purchased the subscription through any other email address, kindly share it with me via private message.
