I got the free trial but the week and the money didn't come out till 3 weeks after and I thought I canceled it a while ago and there was no email telling me that the money was going to be taken out I want a refund

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest contacting the store where you purchased the subscription.

Hi, I just got an email from this app.  Purchase from my Credit card.  This is weird.

At the first time when I try to use this app, I was canceling to buy the service the monthly.  But has purchased.  OK, I thought there is something I couldn't find, that's fine.   However I don't need this app anymore.  So I was trying to find something to cancel to purchase.  And I saw something on my Apple App Store.  There was not any list to buy something from this app with my credit card.  So I thought the company has canceled for me but it was late.   But that's fine.

But today a few minutes ago, I got an email from your company this app.  Has purchased with my credit card.

Please I don't need this app anymore and don't get my money anymore!!

Sicne Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, we do not have the option to make changes.

By the way I don't need this app anymore.  Would you please cancel for me I don't know how to do. Please in two days I don't need it anymore.  Gonna purchase again if you can't help me please.
