May I please have a refund? I thought I had a 7 day trial but was charged for a month. I cancelled within 1 hour of subscription.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.

I did not intend to sign up as i thought is was no charge. Please advise if i was charged!

@john28317660914c I checked your account and cannot find an active subscription. 

 

Since you are not subscribed to the product at our end, you would need to check with your store for the refund in case you're charged.
