How do I get back my money. The cancellation didn't work before and my card was charged $29.37. Thank you.

I checked you account details and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC which is an annual plan paid monthly.

 

If you are not willing to use the subscription, you can go ahead and cancel the subscription from here: How to cancel Adobe trial or subscription

I have the same issue, I canceled My subcription the same day, and today they charge me. It look like a scam.

Also, it was charged on Wednesday, February 15.
