Refund

approximately R5000 ($250) was debited from my account as an annual subscription fee. i've cancelled the the plan after i saw this now i cant get to speak to anyone on how to get a refund. the only message i get is that the service will end in aug 2025. I want my money back and also dont know how you saved my credit card details on your database. 

Pay back my money. Its a real mission to find an email or to speak to anyone on your side. i also dont know how to cancel future deductions. I've never use your site again.

There is no talk of a refund .
