hey adobe. can you please look into my refund request? i haven't gotten my refund yet for my monthly subscription which i cancelled not even an hour after i accidentally purchased it. it has been DAYS since i cancelled my subscription and not even a single penny is transferred back into my wallet. i dont want any of your repeated answers, i want you to actually help me get back my money.

Also, ensure you provide all correct information in the request form; any incorrect information will automatically cancel the request without notice. hi adobe! where do i submit the refund request? i thought that as long as i
cancelled my subscription within the 14 days, i will get my refund.

If you open the link shared by Tariq above, you should be able to get to a form to submit the refund request.

Again, as mentioned by Tariq, if the requirements are met, submit the request for refund, and the team will look into it.
