Refund

I was still on free trial period but had $89.24 taken from my bank account. It doesn't even show in the history of payments section in Adobe but it shows that 'Adobe CRTV CLD TRIAL' took that money out from my bank account. And I had cancelled before the trial period ending after I saw that. I would like a refund please.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to get a refund.

     

    A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.

    Yes, so during free trial there's no cost right? Looking at the payment
    that went out last week I'm assuming that's within the 14 day period
    because why else would ADOBE CRTV... take out that amount from my bank
    account unless it's within the 14days? I would like a refund please..
