Refund/cancellation of all payment plans.

The order number for my concern is: AE03778700164CGB
I have to ask through here due to the assistant being unavailable at this time.
Had been charged and refunded £9.98 on the first of November where I asked for it to be cancelled too, however I have seen I have been charged again on the 1st of December too. Im not even sure what payment plan/member ship im paying for with this - my billings/manage account settings show nothing.
I would like to be refunded the £9.98 for this month and for all payment plans/memberships with this account/card to be terminated/stopped from this day.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

I have checked your Adobe account using the Adobe ID associated with this community, and I am unable to find any active plan/subscription. This is something better handled by our billing team here https://adobe.ly/3MmTCDY click on the contact us button in the lower right corner to start the process.

Thank you, I am unfortunately unable to contact your billing team as the
virtual assistant for the website says unavailable for me and has been for
the past few days - I am unable to call them with the regions phone number
at the moment too. Is there an email or another way to contact them?

Thanks for the update, Marvelous_Flair. Are you seeking a refund for your Adobe Express subscription from May? Please see https://adobe.ly/3Kr17Jx for information about the cancellation and refund process.

If you are seeking a refund from your usage of Adobe Express, Marvelous_Flair, then you will need to contact us directly at https://adobe.ly/3Kr18gz. You may be blocked from reaching us on the current device, which is why you find yourself posting in a public discussion forum.
