Refund cancelled subscription same day
Hi,
I tried to apply for 7 day free trial but my phone froze and charged me the monthly charge today instead of doing the 7 day free trial I wanted. I noticed the credit card charge today April 30th and cancelled it after I noticed.
As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.
Could you please let me know when customer support for the Australian region will be available to assist with this request?
