Hello,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Since you have a mobile-based subscription, it will be handled by the store through which you have purchased.

I suggest you contact Google Play Store regarding your subscription, which will help you further with the refund.

You may refer to the link for more information: Subscription Services — Acrobat for Android Help (adobe.com)

You can also visit this link to start a refund for Google Play Store: My Order History | Samsung

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

I have been charged twice inspite of repeated requests to cancel subscription. The cancellation is just a frustrating experience leave alone the refund for unused subscription.

You posted to the orphaned forum Acrobat Reader Mobile (beta), and it doesn't sound like you are using the beta version of Acrobat Reader. Can you tell us what you are using so we can move your post?

If you purchased something from Android, then you did not purchase it from Adobe. You need to contact the Google Play Store.
