Refund for accidental purchase of adobe premium- URGENT BEFORE 14 DAYS ARE OVER

Hi, I forgot to cancel my free trail and now I have been charged $100 for adobe premium subscription. Its been under 14 days and i have cancelled subscription for next year but I am unsure how to get my refund. Please help me out urgently before the period of 14 days are over. Thankyou

    Eu não pedi pra fazer um teste e nem fiz assinatura pra compra nesse aplicativo,  eu usei uma fez e desinstalei e hoje me cobraram 169,99 , levaram todo o meu dinheiro sem minha autorização,  quando fui ver eu estava com assinatura nesse aplicativo,  não sei oque aconteceu e quero meu dinheiro de volta , porque meu dinheiro caiu na minha conta e esse aplicativo pegou o meu dinheiro. Eu quero meu dinheiro de volta , deve ter sido por engano e não fui eu, eu cancelei a assinatura assim que vi e eu nem estava a usar esse aplicativo.

    I've submitted the cancellation refund form but I've gotten no refund so far. There are only 4 days left till the 14 day period is over.
