Refund for amount debited but membership not renewed

Hello,

I tried to renew my premium membership but amount was debited from my account without any renewal. I have waited for about 16-17 hours and my money has reverted back to my account yet. Attaching the receipt for your reference.

Hi,

 

We apologize for the delay in addressing your concern.

We did check your current account status and it seems that Acrobat Premium subscription has been renewed and activated. 

Sometimes it takes 24 hours to get everything back on track. There might have been some delay at the server end or in fetching the payment from source.

 

We assume everything is running up and fine. Let us know if there's any further assistance is required.
