Refund for mobile

Hi, I accidently signed up for the full product and didn't cancel after the trial, Samsung Store. I thought I had cancelled subscription but I only uninstalled the product rather then cancelling the subscription. I have now cancelled the subscription. Am I able to get a refund because I don't need the full product on my mobile.

Hi @Qasim0D44, I understand that you cancelled your subscription after the free trial period. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refer to our Cancellation fee and refunds policy to learn if you are eligible for a refund.
