Refund for subscription on android

Hello, I was doing a project in adobe, my younger brother grabbed the phone, as a result, I accidentally bought a one-year subscription. I don't need this subscription and it's a lot of money for me.

Can i get a refund? 
I contacted the Google support team, but a refund was denied because I purchased in-app content
