Refund for subscrption

  1. I accidently purchased a one year subscription of Adobe acrobat premium. I opted for a 7 day free trial but my money got deducted. Please refund my money as it was mistakenly done. I have no job right now due to lockdown so please it is a request to refund the amount

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to cancel the premium subscription with refund as it was a mistake.

 

FOr Android devices , Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.

I tried to cancle subscription and to get refunds back within 48 hours..but getting mail from Google that it's not refundable as per policy. Want my refunds back with cancelling subscription, could you please help further..?

Samething happened to me buddy mistakenly bought 1year subscription tried with Google  store it said your refund has been accepted but they have taken already I think it's a no refund

policy tried different way they say go to developer but it brings back to Google 64.99  gone from my account so have to be carefully what you subscribe
