Refund needed

Question

I forgot to cancel my 7-day trial for the one year adobe subscription and was charges $69.99 vía the Samsung app store for the service which I don't need/find useful. I've contacted adobe and was told I need to speak to Samsung, and Samsung told me adobe must handle and process the refund. I just want my money back as I have more urgent bills to pay and am within the 14 day period for a full refund.

Sorry for the delay. A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.

Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores. For refund or billing requests, refer to:

Apple manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from the Apple App Store.
