REFUND OF 11,500.00 NGR FOR Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF

Dear Sir/Ma,
 
I made a complain of being debited with  ₦11,500.00 being subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium Yearly (Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF).on the 6th February, 2024.
After filling the complain form it was subsequently reviewed and on the 8th February, 2024 a refund of same amount was to be credited to my account.
As today 17th February, 2024 the sum of ₦11,500.00is yet to be credited to my account.
Please i want to know what is really causing the delay for the refund.

I can't address that, as I am a volunteer who does not work for Adobe.

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in! 

 

I checked the subscription details and the refund has been processed from Google. We do not have any control over the process, and the best solution here would be to reach out to your bank and share the transaction ID with them to check what went wrong.

You purchased through Google Play, not from Adobe. Only Google Play can assist you with billing.
