Good morning guys, 

 

I was debited of a transaction that was not activated so I deactivated it but now I have not been credited back,

Fund below the debit alert in Naira

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you have not received your refund yet.

 

However, you can try contacting the store provider through which you have subscribed [ play store if you use android device / app store if you use an iOS device ]. This is because the payments and refunds regarding mobile subscriptions are handled by the respective stores. 

Depending upon the device type you are using, please click the links to get a detailed page as to how to proceed with cancellation and refunds:
