Refund please

Hello,

 

I have canceled my free pro trial but was charged $29.99, I was traveling overseas and couldn't get to my account until now. Can I please get a refund? I am on the free account. I have no active subscriptions.

I am trying to cancel my subscription. It is not giving me option. It's been within 14 days. Please help. I need the refund.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.
