Refund Please

I wanted to purchase the Adobe Systems Incorporated for 1.99 a month. When I received the email thanking me for my purchase I was changed $25 for the yearly plan. I did not want this. As soon as I found out I was changed $25 I tried to get a refund, but I do not see that option. I want a refund, how do I go about getting a refund?
