refund problems

hello! I am so sorry for my mistake, i forgot to cancel my subscription due to hard time in university. i read there is free refund i you cancel within 14 days, but how can i request the refund? Please, i am a student with low budget, please understand. i read the article you answered on other questions but still dont understand where should i send the request! please help!
