Refund process

Hi. Today i filled the form regarding cancelling and getting refund for my Acrobat Premium subscription. I did approximately 1-2 hours ago. Please note that it was purchased today, so i am currently in 14 days refund time frame. How much will it take for my money to be refunded? I did not get any notification in e-mail.

    As you have already filled the cancellation form, please give us some time, once the billing team will process the request and issues the refund you will be notified over email. The refund may take 10-14 days to reflect into your account depending upon your bank policies.
