REFUND Really poor customer care
I have accidently taken out a subscription to Adobe via Google play.
I tried to download it onto a laptop but it didn't work however it started a subscription..
I am unable to use Adobe.
I've requested a refund via Google who say to go to Adobe however they are saying it's got to be done by Google.
An agent said they are unable to process a refund despite me seeing its been done or numerous other threads.
Also being told there is no complaints email.
Can anyone help?!??
I'm well within my 14day period.
