I have been trying to talk to someone , where can i talk to your agents or executives, i have been trying since last 3 days to be heard, you deducted money during trial period and now you are telling me that i have taken subscription from third part, and some of your executive are saying I don't even have a subscription plan when i cancelled it. I have all the proofs don't force me to make it big please.

    Thank you for filling out the form, once our billing team will review and pocess your request, you will be notified over email. The refund would take 10-14 bsiness days to reflect into your account, depending on your banks policy.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

     

    I have checked youe Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that your Acrobat Premium is still active and good to be used for the rest of its tennure. 

    As described in your message that you have cancelled the plan, what has actually happened is, you have stopped the billing of the plan. Since its a paid upfront plan, you have paid for the entire year, so your services will remain active for this time frame. However, the plan will not renew for another year as you have stopped the billing for the next cycle. 

    If you still wants to completely terminate the plan with refund, please follow the steps shared in the help page https://community.adobe.com/announcements-14/how-to-cancel-acrobat-mobile-or-scan-premium-subscriptions-7293

    I have filled the automated form for the cancellation of the plan, could i know that how long will it take for the refund and also is there anything else i have to do.
