Dear Adobe team,

                                I hope you are doing well. I recently started the scan premium Annual (adobe scan Ai pdf scanner) through google play store on date 14Nov.2025 and  subscription cancelled on date 17Nov.2025 but subscription charges 6200Rs.on date 22Nov.2025 deducting in my credit card.

I kindly request a full refund for this charges.

I would really appreciate it if you could process the refund at earliest.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

I checked your account and saw a cancelled subscription for Acrobat Scan Premium.

 

Additionally, in the screenshot, you can verify that the amount has not been deducted from our end. 

 

In such a situation, you can check with your bank and file a chargeback to get the amount settled in your account, if there is any discrepancy. 

Also, since no amount is deducted, it should reflect back on your statement for the next cycle.
