Hello, my Adobe PDF Reader yearly subscription was auto-renewed on 14 January 2026 without my awareness.
I noticed the charge early on 15 January and immediately cancelled the auto-pay.
This was unintentional, and I am within the 14-day refund window.
I kindly request a full refund as per Adobe’s refund policy.
