I subscribed to the 7 day free trial, but somehow I got charged 16.99€ and subscribed to the monthly premium instead. I canceled in less than an hour's time, for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks

I would like a refund  for 29.96 back in my account please  i did not reckonies the payment  so I have blocked anymore

Hi, this has also happened to me. I just wanted a 7 day free trial to see if it was something I would use, though it charged me for a month! I have cancelled my subscription though how do I request a refund?

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using and found that you have an Acrobat Premium plan purchased on a month-to-month plan. The 7 day free trial is available with Anual plans. 

 

I have shared your request with our billing team internally for review, once the plan is cancelled with refund you will get the confirmation on email.

Hello, many thanks for replying. I have canceled the plan yesterday(as soon as I saw that I subscribed to a monthly premium plan with no 7 day free trial in sight). I received yesterday the  confirmation email that my cancellation was successful, but no refund was mentioned in it. 

I should just wait for the new confirmation email from your team, correct?
