Hi I subscribed to the 7 day free trial, but somehow I got charged $14.99 plus tax totaling $15.89 and got subscribed to the monthly adobe acrobat without my intention. I canceled the subscription in less than 3 minutes after realizing I was charged for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service but I did not receive a refund and is stuck in a month subscription against my will . I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks in advance

I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium. 

 

The 7-day free trial is available only when you opt in for the annual subscription, not monthly. This explains why you were charged for the plan.

Since the payment is made through the Apple App Store, they would be in the best position to assist you with the refund.

Hi, thank you so much. It does help, I just put in a request with apple , I appreciate your help. I didn't know the 7 day free trial was for a year, thought I'd do a month in case I'd forget to cancel after the 7 days but I see what happened.
