Hi, hope you’re well, I subscribed for the 7-day free trial and thought I had cancelled it, but I just got billed the monthly subscription of R529,99. As soon as I saw the charge I cancelled the subscription right away. Could I please get a refund?

@leilah_5236  you can cancell your plan on adobe.com,  https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

But, if you purchased elsewhere such as Google Play or Apple App Store, contact the store directly. Adobe dosn't have access to those accounts and billings
