Hello, 

I have no idea if I started a free trail but I do not rememeber doing this myself. But I have just had $109 come out of my account with a year membership and I didn't even have the app downloaded. Is there anything I can do to get a refund as i have no interest in paying this much money.

@Precious_hand3055 The only person who can start a trial version is the person clicking on trial. Unless, someone used your device, it's likely you had accidentally clicked on that! I would check your account, https://account.adobe.com/plans . Under the "Plans & Products" section, find the subscription you want to cancel. If you cancel within 14 days of your original purchase, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be given, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Th refund process may take a few days before you see the money back in your account. Don't delay it! Do it sooner than later or you will forget, and you are on the hook. That $109 fe for a year is likely the AI Assistant plus taxes!
