Refund request and cancellation

Hi. I don't know why your app does this but it said I could do 7 days trail. It reduce my money without any messages from your app warning me through sms about the reduction. Also your app subscription doesn't come up on my setting so could you please refund my money and cancel my subscription. I do not need to use the app and I did not get a warning about my free trail ending. It's very frustrating! Thank you
