Refund request for annual subscription charge
My 7-day free trial ended today, and I was charged £62.99 for the annual subscription. As I no longer use Adobe, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a refund if possible.
Since the payment was taken today, could you please let me know if I am eligible for a refund? If so how can I get the refund?
