Refund request for cancelled trial
I cancelled my trial subscription on the last day of the trial but have a pending charge for an annual subscription, which I do not wish to keep active. Can this pending charge be cancelled please?

We have checked your account using the email address linked to your community profile. The account still shows as active. Since your subscription is still within the 14-day free cancellation window, you can cancel and receive a refund.
