Refund Request for Unintended Subscription Charge

I am writing to request a refund for a subscription renewal that was charged to my account. I originally signed up for the free trial and intended to cancel before the renewal date, but I unfortunately forgot to do so and was charged.
Since I did not intend to continue the subscription and have not used any of the paid features, I kindly ask if it would be possible to receive a refund for this charge.
