Refund Request for Unintended Subscription Charge

Hello,

 

I hope you’re doing well.

I am writing to request a refund for a subscription renewal that was charged to my account. I originally signed up for the free trial and intended to cancel before the renewal date, but I unfortunately forgot to do so and was charged.

 

Since I did not intend to continue the subscription and have not used any of the paid features, I kindly ask if it would be possible to receive a refund for this charge.

 

Here are my details:

  • Date of charge: December 3,2025 
  • Amount charged: €76,99

Hello,

 

I started the free trial on November 26, 2025, and I cancelled it today, December 3, 2025, after realizing that my subscription was still active. I only used the app once and did not intend to continue with the paid subscription.

 

Since the charge was unintended and I have not used the service, I kindly request a refund for the subscription renewal.
