Refund requirement
Hi!!
I am writing to request a refund for the annual subscription fee that was charged to me for the Adobe PDF Reader app.
After cancelling the paid subscription within the trial period, I received an email from the Samsung Galaxy Store confirming that the cancellation had been made within the trial timeframe and that I would not be charged. However, despite this confirmation, the amount for the yearly subscription was still withdrawn from my account.
I kindly ask that this amount be refunded, as I cancelled the subscription within the trial period and do not intend to use the app.
