Regarding assistance in backing up data.

Hello !!! Adobe acrobat team your app is awesome, I am using it since last year. I had some problem with my device so I took it to mobile shop, he repaired it but all my data was gone. I am unable to backup it. I had many pdf files and want those back. Please coordinate if you can do something this is my humble request to you 🙏

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Were the files you mentioned saved to Adobe Cloud Storage or any other Cloud Storage? If yes, the files will be quickly restored by logging in to the application, and the files will sync automatically.

If not, if the files are saved on the internal storage of the device, I am afraid the files are deleted with the device.
