Regarding off adobe

After subscribed for yearly, my adobe keep on crashing and auto quit. I can't do my work every time i'll tried to open. Why do i need to face the problem even i'm a premium user. Wasting my money for the subscription. Please settle this issue.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Try witha different PDF file and check.
     

    Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app via App/Play Store to the latest version available and reboot the device once and check.

     

    If it still doesn’t work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs so we cn get this checked  further.
