Regarding pdf not download from hdfc net banking

If I download statements don't open

if we open hdfc statement in adobe reader shows

Account statement Request has been initiated successfully

but

if we click

View Status

it shows

document type PDF

status : Process failed

not opening PDF, what to do please help me

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

The screenshot shows an error that is displayed on the website and not on Acrobat Reader.

If you look at the taskbar below, the application that is opened and active is Google Chrome, and we do not have control over it.

If you have the PDF file saved on your computer and you experience issues with opening the file, please feel free to respond, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Could you share the screenshot of error?
Make and model of your device?
OS information?

What is the source and size of file?

Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.
