Regarding refund of premium subscription
Dear Sir/Madam,
On 23 june I started a 7 days free trial of adobe subscription and instantly an amount 6000 got deducted from my account (yearly subscription), after using subscription services for a while I didn't find it handy. So I mailed Google regarding cancelation of the premium subscription in which they replied they had cancelled the subscription on my behalf unfortunately refund part isn't where they can do much.
With this mail I would like to request you to initiate the refund process of 6000(six thousand only). And also it was clearly mentioned in the app that money was refundable.
Details are as follows
1)Transaction ID - GPA.3316-1124-1653-53280
2) Date of transaction - 23/06/2023
3)Payment amount - 6000, Currency - INR
4)Reason - I didn't find the subscription very useful and also it's very costly.
