Regarding subscription not getting activated even after payment

I have recently purchased monthly subscription rs.340/-. The amount got deducted from my bank account but in Adobe, it is still showing free user, and restore purchase is also not showing. I have transaction receipt even in Google Pay yest there is no subscription on Adobe. I couldn't not find any subscription but I have been charged by adobe, kindly help.

I even tried all remedies as suggested on this community help and the website of Adobe but to no avail.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked your email address registered here on the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: https://adobe.ly/416yUNc

 

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Google and not your email address directly.
