    Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out.

I understand you want to know if your mobile subscription will give you full access to Adobe on your laptop.

Subscriptions purchased on mobile (through app stores like Apple App Store or Google Play) are limited to mobile apps only. This means they do not include access on a laptop or desktop https://adobe.ly/4uQOn14

To use Adobe on your laptop with full features, you need the Acrobat Pro desktop application https://adobe.ly/3PEAYJd

That said, there are a couple of things we can check to be sure:

    • Are you signed in with the same Adobe ID on both mobile and laptop?

    • Where did you purchase the subscription (App Store, Google Play, or Adobe website)?

    • Which Adobe app are you trying to use on your laptop?

If you can share these details, we can guide you further and suggest the best option for you.

    Hope this information will help.
