Buenas tardes necesito el rembolso de la suscripcion pues cancele la misma antes de los 14 dias y aun no me han hecho la devolucion

Upon checking, we can confirm that your Adobe ID previously had active subscriptions to Acrobat and Creative Cloud All Apps. Please note that both plans have now been successfully canceled. A refund has already been processed, and you should receive the amount within the next few business days.
