I'm trying to use app but keeps telling me to do trial and I just renewed my old account. I will it not connect to the app and tell me it's good to us? I'm using same email to log in

As we can check your account, here photography plan is active. Could you provide a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. What is the application you are referring to?
