Report charging in the free trial period & not refunding it

Hi,

On 08th May I was trying to activate the free trial of your app. When I was trying to activate, the window appeared as no due charges on 08th May & I will be charged US$ 19.99 on 15th May after free trail ends. (Have proof). But at the same time of activating the free trial, US$ 19.99 was charged from debit card. Being very disappointed I deactivated the subscription on the same day. Then got an email saying that you will refund the charged amount as I deactivated the subscription. (Have proof) Today is 23rd of May, but I still didn't got the refund.

It is very sad to your app is making charges in the face of free trial & not refunding it.

Please take necessary actions to arrange the refund otherwise I have to note that your app is making fradualent charges.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Cancellation and Refunds.

 

If you have received a confirmation about a possible refund for the subscription, it will settle back to the source account in 5-7 business days.

If it does not, we would suggest reaching out to your bank to get the refund settled in your account.

Hi,

If you are making charges within the free trial period & not refunding it and not refunding it eventhough I cancel the subscription before the free trial period ends, what exactly you'd expect me to do with my bank. For the bank to process with the refund you should release it first. I am an academic with no permanent job position, managing very hardly with my academic work. It is really disappointed to experience this kind of fradualent charges. I have attach the ss that your app said I won't be charged money until 15th may. Any how you charged. The second ss is the email you send saying that i am eligible for a refund as I cancel the subscription within the fre trial period. Email was sent on 8th may. Today is 25th May, you still haven't done the refund. I thought you are a very decent team who doesn't do illegal things. Really disappointed that you put me go through all these stuff.
