Report charging in the free trial period & not refunding it
Hi,
On 08th May I was trying to activate the free trial of your app. When I was trying to activate, the window appeared as no due charges on 08th May & I will be charged US$ 19.99 on 15th May after free trail ends. (Have proof). But at the same time of activating the free trial, US$ 19.99 was charged from debit card. Being very disappointed I deactivated the subscription on the same day. Then got an email saying that you will refund the charged amount as I deactivated the subscription. (Have proof) Today is 23rd of May, but I still didn't got the refund.
It is very sad to your app is making charges in the face of free trial & not refunding it.
Please take necessary actions to arrange the refund otherwise I have to note that your app is making fradualent charges.
