Request for a refund and subscription cancellation

I am contacting you regarding my Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription, which was recently renewed automatically.

 

I did not intend to continue the subscription and was unaware that the renewal would be processed at this time. As soon as I noticed the charge, I decided to cancel the subscription renewal.

 

I would kindly like to request a refund for the recent payment, as the renewal was not intentional and I do not plan to use the subscription going forward.

 

I would greatly appreciate your assistance and consideration regarding this request.
