Request for Full Refund Due to Unused Subscription & Financial Hardship
Hello Adobe Support,
I am requesting a refund for my Adobe subscription charges from the past 12 months.
I did not use the subscription during this period (I did not create any video projects or use the service in a meaningful way). I have already canceled the plan, but I am still concerned about ongoing or auto-renewal charges and the financial impact.
I am currently unemployed and this billing has caused serious financial hardship. Please review my account and help with:
Confirming the subscription is fully canceled and no further charges will occur, and
Refunding the charges from the last 12 months, if possible as an exception.
