Request for Refund

Hello, I have been trying to request a refund for an app that was purchased accidentally by someone else and I emailed Acrobat multiple times and have had no response back from them.

Acrobat please email me back to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you for the info. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.reader&hl=en_GB&gl=US shows that this is a FREE app. (It does offer in-app purchases, however, maybe this was done?)

 

If you purchase from some company you do need to contact the same company for a refund, NOT the original maker. This is true for software as well as other products. So in this case if you have a billing issue with something purchased from Google Play you have to contact the Google Play Store Customer Service.

 

The email address you contacted, acrobat-android-support@adobe.com, is not Google's but Adobe's: it is used for technical issues, not billing issues. Certainly, though, it would be preferable if Adobe replied to you with that information !

Hello, my answers to the questions are as follows:

 

1.) The app is called Adobe Acrobat Reader: PDF Viewer, Editor & Creator 

2.) It was purchased through the Google Play Store

3.)  The email address I am writing to is: 

acrobat-android-support@adobe.com
